Leading the category in delivering the Abu Dhabi urban lifestyle experience to a wide array of customers and consumers the mall also boasts of over 50 F&B outlets and an added advantage of multiple road access and parking convenience with a total of 4000 parking slots.
The mall is also a proud recipient of many coveted Awards & Recognitions such as “Best Shopping Mall in Abu Dhabi” Award for 4 consecutive years (2010-13), Multiple Gold & Silver Awards year on year, at the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres)/M.E.C.S.C (Middle East Council for Shopping Centre) Retail conventions for its Marketing/Operation Excellence.
The Project Scope includes Successful implementation of CCTV System for this architecturally and technically challenging structure.
There was an existing system where they have cameras which cannot be complied as per guidelines, overall the project was completed with around 1200 cameras. High end video management appliance servers are hosted in the physical machine for recording and playback application for screening purposes inside the premises.
Advanced Layer 3 Core Switches with redundancy in links and access switches for connectivity between each locations have been chosen.

Transit designed a system that would allow the Client to monitor the entire premises from a single point at any time. Mushrif Mall – the expansive, three-level complex – offers a spectrum of subtle, clean, and eco-friendly features to cater to all levels of clients, including locals and expatriates, in order to make their every visit a carefree as well as memorable one. Spread over an area about 56,000 square meters.
The pure size of the building made surveillance coverage challenging for security personnel. When deploying surveillance cameras in shopping mall it is important to strategically place the security cameras so they will enhance security and allow continuous live monitoring throughout the shopping complex.
The size alone of this shopping mall can make the installation of security camera systems very difficult. Architectural design and multi-level shops make securing trouble spots a task. Transit have considered all these challenges while deploying the system and successfully achieved the same with Authority approval as well. Overall project was completed with 600+ Cameras.

School safety continues to be a top concern for GEMS Group and video surveillance system thus an important part of a school's security system. 
To promote safety and document incidents, the School upgraded its CCTV surveillance system in hands with Transit to a robust hybrid system consisting of Hikvision network cameras, along with a few remaining CCTV cameras. The entire system is managed by Milestone software, an open platform capable of supporting hundreds of cameras over multiple locations. The system is designed to provide surveillance in a variety of locations, including parking areas, KG Classes and the Corridors. Milestone is so powerful and flexible that it monitors complete premises from a central location.

The project scope for the ELV System entails the replacement and upgrade of Site wide Access Control System, CCTV System, Master Clock System, Gate Barrier System, Digital Signage, Building Management System etc. The objective pertaining to this Scope Statement is to ensure the defined ELV System is addressed to meet the latest industry standards and technological trends with appropriate future-proof support infrastructure.
After various studies, analysis and comparisons to find a System Integrator who can provide solutions with state-of-the-art system that could be integrated with the existing infrastructure, the University Chose Transit who offered a series of essential features for a system integrator l, even in difficult conditions and the possibility of integration with a pre-existing system have provided a valid technological answer to client needs.
The Complete Project was in compliance to the regulatory and industry standards and local standards incorporating best practices & current technologies across the project.

According to the Oil & Gas Journal, as of January 2015, the UAE holds the seventh-largest proven reserves of oil in the world at 97.8 billion barrels. Most of these reserves are located in Abu Dhabi.

The Axis network cameras are encased in vandal-resistant housings and placed on poles to monitor the site, which is permanently lit. In rigs area based on the hazard classification we installed explosion proof model cameras and thermal cameras.

Al Muneera is Aldar's latest master planned community located on the shores of Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The community consists of residential apartment towers, beach-side villas, townhouses, retail outlets, restaurants and a commercial office building.
The Community consists of 1,286 apartments available as one, two, three or four bedroom residences. On both the mainland and island there are another 159 homes available as either four-bedroom townhouses or five-bedroom deluxe beachside villas.
In search of an IP camera solution to replace their outdated analog video surveillance system, Al Muneera Community, the newest one in Abu Dhabi, settled on Transit. The top priorities for the client were discreet positioning of the cameras and the quality of the resulting footage. Using Samsung High Quality cameras the client was able to reduce the number of IP cameras they had initially planned on by half.
Officials were looking for a system that would be able to recognize anyone entering the facility, a feat the analog cameras were not able to do. In total, the community used 214 cameras around the exterior and interior. Video footage can be monitored at all times by security personnel. A number of incidents have already been captured by the cameras. The high-resolution footage made it easy for security to easily identify the suspects, giving the client peace of mind.

المنيرة هو أحدث مجتمع مخطط رئيسي لشركة الدار ويقع على شواطئ شاطئ الراحة في أبو ظبي. يتكون المجتمع من أبراج سكنية وفيلات بجانب الشاطئ ومنازل ومنافذ البيع بالتجزئة والمطاعم ومبنى المكاتب التجارية.

Built beyond the shores of Al Raha Beach, Al Bandar is an integrated community comprising of residential towers, a 131-berth marina, an exclusive residents' Clubhouse, a supermarket and retail building with a Spinney's Market and a promenade with cafes and restaurants overlooking the marina.
Transit are encouraged to protect their Client’s residential units or commercial building by investing in security system. Not only does it help reduce liability, but it creates a safer environment for tenants, and helps deter unwelcome visitors. As a company with proven knowledge of property management security, we designed a video security system that’s specifically catered to the client needs.
Transit implemented CCTV System in Al Bandar Community which helped tenants, employees, visitors and properties with an increased perception of safety and security, along with other measures that the organization and the community put in place. The use of CCTV System helped to discourage people from committing crimes, and helped to identify people who commit crimes on Community properties.

Khalifa Port, strategically located halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, The deep-water port is the first semi-automated container port in the GCC region. It serves over 25 shipping lines, offers direct links to 70 international destinations, and boasts an intermodal transport network facilitating efficient transportation and logistics across sea, road and air.
Transit implemented Gate Barrier System which is the perfect solution for controlling access to the Port. The control system offered a wide range of functions and supplementary expansion potentials through the use of plug-in modules.
The barriers principally impressed the client through their high level of functionality and their well-thought-out, robust construction. They offer trouble-free operation and simple maintenance – and thus a service life of up to 10 million cycles.

Transit completed the supply and installation of a sliding door system.
The installation included a German-engineered sliding door operator with a gear motor, control board, sensors, and full kit, tested, commissioned, and programmed for smooth operation.
We also supplied and installed a 12 mm clear tempered double-leaf sliding door, finished with stainless steel U channels, tempered glass panels, and matte-finish cladding—designed for strength, elegance, and durability.
